Setup Flow
When you first sign in, complete onboarding in this order:- Create or join an organization.
- Enter your target domain.
- Add target details and optional credentials.
- Choose setup method.
- Complete domain verification.
- Continue to dashboard and run your first assessment.
Step 1: Organization
- Create a new organization if you are starting fresh.
- If you were invited, switch into the correct organization before continuing.
Step 2: Add Domain and Target
Provide:- target name
- target domain
- optional description
- optional credentials and login instructions
Step 3: Choose Setup Method
You can continue with:- manual configuration (self-serve DNS verification)
- booked onboarding call
Step 4: Verify Domain Ownership
- Copy the DNS TXT token shown in setup.
- Add it to your DNS provider.
- Return to MindFort and click Verify.
Step 5: Final Readiness Check
Before first assessment:- target shows verified status
- credentials are valid (if added)
- login instructions are current (if authenticated testing is needed)
