# Coverage

> Review verified security checks, discovered vulnerabilities, items that need input, and remaining test coverage across your MindFort targets.

## Overview

Open **Coverage** to see how thoroughly each target has been tested. The page summarizes security checks across your organization and highlights gaps that need attention.

Each target card shows its grade, tested checks, vulnerabilities, items that need input, and the most recent assessment activity.

## Find Coverage Gaps

Use search and target-type filters to narrow the list. Sort targets by:

* worst grade
* least tested
* most failing checks
* least recently assessed
* name

Select a target to review its individual security checks and their latest outcomes.

## Check Outcomes

A security check can be shown as verified, showing a vulnerability, needing input, continuing next run, or up next. Open a check to review its question, latest outcome, and available next action.

## Recommended Process

1. Start with targets that have the worst grade or lowest tested coverage.
2. Resolve items that need your input.
3. Review checks with vulnerabilities in **Findings**.
4. Run another assessment when you need fresher coverage.

Use Coverage to understand where testing stands now. Use [Analytics](/guides/analytics) to review how findings and remediation progress change over time.
